Luke studied at NC State, Duke Divinity School, and The Duke Sanford School for Public Policy, and before joining the Attorney General's Office in 2024, he served the State as a Policy Analyst and local nonprofits as a Community Organizer and a Chaplain. Though Western North Carolina is home, he currently lives with his wife in Raleigh.\n
